Hey, I stood in line to see Star Wars… in 1977. And again in 1980 and 1983. At the Cinema Center in Omaha, NE. Those were good times. Not nearly as good as a sneak preview to see Die Hard before it was released. That was when the real action movie bar was raised for good. It wasn’t until Die Hard 4 that I got another taste of that freshness.
A lot of people bought a lot of stuff tonight, Leopard was the biggest seller, external drives were in second, and new MacBooks, MacBook Pros, and even Mac Minis were heading out the door. I guess now that the mini has Front Row (aka, Apple TV) with Leopard, that’s the real whiz-bang and Apple TV is likely a dead product.

Standing in line for Star Wars…alright I can understand, but for an Operating System? You are hard core.
